Micro Precision Products (a WIKA Group company) can now showcase another great achievement. Focused stated in India, to date, was produced in Palwal. The order was placed by one of many largest EPC companies on the subcontinent. Assured was finally commissioned in Bathinda in the state of Punjab (Northern India).

The client?s project schedule was tight. To meet up this, the production of such 34-millimetre thick orifice plates, manufactured from 316SS steel with a diameter of 2,690 millimetres, as well as machining, testing, inspection and shipping were accelerated. The shipping of the orifice plates was carried out with great care. As a bore of just one 1,275 millimetres needed to be executed having an accuracy of � 0.4 millimetres, precision and great skill were required.

Regardless of the COVID-19-related lockdown, Micro Precision Products succeeded in the duty. This was finished with the help of a special permit from the authorities, among other things.
