Atlas Copco to accumulate Lewa and Geveke

เกจวัดแรงดันถังลม has agreed to purchase Lewa GmbH and Geveke BV and their subsidiaries from Japan’s Nikkiso Co Ltd in a €670 million deal.
Founded in 1952, Germany’s Lewa manufactures diaphragm metering pumps, course of pumps and complete metering methods. The company employs around 1200 people and had 2021 revenues of €233 million.

The acquisition is predicted to be completed through the second quarter 2022.
The major part of the acquired companies could have its base within the Power and Flow division within Atlas Copco’s Power Technique Business Area and a smaller part will join the Service division inside Atlas Copco’s Compressor Technique Business Area.
