เกจวัดแรงดันราคา has entered into a definitive settlement to accumulate Smith Engineering Inc, a US designer, manufacturer and servicer of custom excessive purity water remedy tools.
Headquartered in Chaska, Minnesota, Smith Engineering offers water therapy services and products, including filtration, UV, reverse osmosis, and deionization, for the biotech/pharmaceutical, knowledge centre, meals and beverage, healthcare, medical system and microelectronics markets. The firm has more than 1,200 prospects in North America.
Evoqua says that the acquisition will enhance its portfolio of high purity water therapy techniques and broaden its service footprint in North America.
“Smith Engineering has constructed a strong reputation as a trusted associate, providing reliable high purity water options and providers to their broad buyer portfolio,” stated Ron Keating, Evoqua’s CEO. “This addition will additional strengthen our service footprint in North America, enabling us to higher serve our clients.”
When the deal closes, the Smith Engineering business shall be a half of Evoqua’s Integrated Solutions and Services segment.
